Hello Lovelies,
I recently had the privilege of testing the the adorable Isabella Flutter Sleeve Top by Townmouse Children’s Wear. When the call went out for testers I immediately volunteered; I was smitten by its modest, almost vintage, summery design. It features a button hole closure in the back, a cute keyhole feature in the front and playful flutter sleeves (who doesn’t love flutter sleeves? They are adorable!). I tested the pattern first using this soft floral cotton and it came out absolutely lovely.
Once I was done with the tester, I loved it so much, I immediately envisioned another top but this time with trim at the bottom, so naturally ….I had to get that out of my head! (haha!)
Not only is this pattern super cute, but its a very quick and easy sew. It’s so light and summery that it’s perfect for those hot days here in California. I’ll certainly be making more of them.
Townmouse has graciously offered my readers 15% off any purchase in their shop until the end of July 2015 – all you have to do is enter the code “CANDICE15” at checkout!! So don’t wait! Go get yours now!
Also be sure to check out Kristine’s (Owner & Designer of Townmouse Children’s Wear) blog HERE. She lives in Australia, she cooks, she sews, she crafts, she embroiders, she quilts and she find time to create patterns all while being a wife and mommy; her blog is pretty interesting…..I haven’t been able to look away…lol.
That’s it for today guys, wishing you a fantastic rest of the week! Talk to you soon! xoxo
