Happy Monday Lovelies!!
I didn’t plan on blogging about #TheSpiritedOne’s Easter dress because it was so last minute, but it came out so lovely, that I wanted to archive it somewhere! haha. My MIL hosted a princess themed egg hunt this year, and I didn’t have time to sew up a bonafide cosplay, but I did have time to sew up a sweet little Belle inspired Easter Dress using the Tea Party Dress from Tadah Patterns again! This pattern has been my GO TO pattern recently, the fit is amazing and the dress pattern alone has over 120 different combinations and with the new Sleeve and Collar Add Ons the number of combinations has tremendously increased; I’m super excited about that!
I was so relieved to find this Yellow Stretch Broadcloth in my stash from Califabrics because it was the perfect “Belle Yellow”.
I opted for a scoop front, scoop back with a circle skirt and flutter collar options and added some inseam size pockets. I also used an invisible zipper as my back closure instead of buttons or snaps.
Favorite thing about this dress? THE MEGA TWIRL FACTOR!!
And that’s it for today’s post guys! Super short and sweet, as we’ve got a lot going on this week!
