It took me 3 days but I finally figured out how to read a pattern! I decided it was best to start off simple, so I decided on a diaper cover using Simplicity 1734A.
I had a bit of the RedRose Floral left over from the Triangle dress (from the last post) and decided that it would be perfect since I wanted to try the ruffled Diaper Cover (ya’ll know just how much I love ruffles! lol). I think perhaps next time, I’ll attach the ruffles a little higher so that it looks less like a skirt and more like a diaper cover when she wears it.

Here are some action shots of the Marshmallow wearing her Red Rose Ruffled Diaper Cover. Isn’t it just too adorable?

Now that I’m comfortable reading patterns I plan on making a little dress next! Stay tuned!
